At Benzie Design, we want you to love your crafting supplies; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused, uncut materials within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they remain clean and undamaged during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to our central warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
